Our CEO/CIO is an investment banker with 25 years of experience at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Nomura International. They specialise in risk management, equity trading, and derivatives, with a focus on Delta 1 Long/Short, portfolio and bullet swaps, and the development of advanced trading tools. Their career has taken them to major global markets, including London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo. They have honed their expertise through navigating significant financial crises such as the Asian Crisis, Subprime Crisis, and European Debt Crisis. Additionally, they have actively participated in EFG round table discussions on market strategies and risk assessments.

Our COO brings 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, with extensive expertise in global finance and buy/sell trading. They have successfully led trading operations on the sell side, built and managed trading desks, and implemented Straight-Through Processing (STP) trading platforms with pair trading capabilities. Their skill set also includes the design and implementation of in-house P&L and trade confirmation databases, ensuring efficient and accurate financial reporting.

Our CRO/CSO has over 25 years of experience in the property and financial services industry and became a qualified regulated independent financial and mortgage adviser in 2004. They have established key partnerships with major financial institutions to raise and deploy over £2bn in commercial and residential real estate asset-backed funding across the UK, U.S., Europe, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. Their expertise extends to supporting startups and SMEs in leveraging their assets for funding, and they are actively involved in private equity groups that have restructured or acquired top-tier football clubs in Europe.
